前言

古有踏青插柳、换着春衫之俗，今人亦以衣冠载道、手作传情，与自然同步焕发生机。

Traditionally, people go for outings, wear willow branches and change into spring clothes. Today, we renew our vitality with nature through traditional costumes and handicrafts.

4月6日下午，由 Nuclear Buddy策划主办的“锦绣春衫：汉服构造科普与非遗盘扣手作”春日雅集，在刘卿楼110如期举行。二十余位核电班国际研究生与志愿者齐聚一堂，共赴这场传统与现代交织的文化之约。

On the afternoon of April 6, the "Splendid Spring Robes: Hanfu Structure & Intangible Cultural Heritage Frog Fastener Workshop" hosted by Nuclear Buddy was held at Room 110, Liuqing Building. Over 20 international graduate students from the Nuclear Program and volunteers gathered for this event integrating tradition and modernity.

活动一览

活动以一场系统而精炼的科普拉开序幕。两位志愿者分别用全英文对“清明节”与“汉服”进行了专题讲解。

The event opened with a focused presentation. Two volunteers gave English talks on Qingming Festival and Hanfu.

关于清明节，志愿者介绍了其作为二十四节气之一的天文意义，以及祭祖扫墓、踏青插柳等民间习俗，点明“洁齐而清明”的自然与人文内涵，还进一步探讨了清明节所体现的中外生死观差异，引发国际学生的深度思考。

They explained Qingming’s role as a solar term, its customs, cultural meaning, and differing views on life and death, prompting deep reflection.

关于汉服，志愿者梳理了从先秦至民国的演变脉络，讲解了“交领右衽”“中缝”“接袖”等核心形制。讲解过程中，国际研究生们频频提问，深入感受中国节气文化与传统服饰的礼制智慧。

For Hanfu, they traced its history and introduced key features such as cross-collar right lapel, central seam and joined sleeves. International students asked questions throughout, gaining insight into Chinese culture and traditional costume etiquette.

科普之后便是本次活动的重头戏——非遗盘扣手作体验。在志愿者的手把手指导下，每位参与者领取一份材料包，从做袢条、打扣头到做扣袢、定位缝合，一步步完成基础“一字扣”的制作。现场气氛专注而热烈，国际研究生们一边与志愿者交流技法，一边感受一枚小小盘扣背后所凝聚的耐心与巧思，大家开开心心地体验了盘扣制作的乐趣。

Then came the event highlight: a hands-on workshop on intangible cultural heritage frog fastener making.With step-by-step guidance from volunteers, each participant used a material kit to make a basic straight frog fastener, from fabric strips and knotting to sewing.The atmosphere was focused and lively. International students discussed techniques with volunteers, experienced the patience and craftsmanship behind the delicate work, and enjoyed the fun of handcrafting.

"NB"字样盘扣

茶歇环节呼应了清明“寒食”的古老遗风。桌上摆满了青团、绿豆糕、桂花糕、山楂糕等应季中式点心，色泽温润，甜糯适口。参与者们一边品尝，一边自由交流，中外学生在轻松的氛围中分享各自国家的节令饮食文化。清明不仅是追远的节日，也是迎春的时节，一口春味，恰是自然与人文的交融。
